This is for all of the JD 2210 owners. I have a JD 2210 and I am looking to add a rotary cutter to it. I am not sure which cutter would be the best for the money and what size the JD will handle. Any suggestions?

I have a 4' bushhog brand and it works great. I would offer two suggestion: a) 4' is about all the tractor needs and b) get a rotary cutter that has chains which connect from the draw pins up to the tractor, so you can precisely set the cutting height. This is important or you will constantly fight the height of the front edge of the machine. If you are unsure what I'm refering, then let me know and I will send you a digital picture of a great setup. ....

Please send me a picture if you don't mind. Does the Bush Hog have the chains that you are talking about? If not, which brands have these chains. Is your Bush Hog the SQ480? ....
